Telekom Electronic Beats and Volkswagen are announcing their Europe-wide Yellofier Remix Contest. Yellofier is an innovative music app created by Swiss avant-gardists Yello. Yellofier has been a success on iOS and now it is launched also for Adroid. A free special remix version of the app, called Yellofier VW, is created for this contest where the participants can record their own sounds and rearrange sound elements from the new Yello song “Move, Dance, Electrified”. First place prize will include an electric Volkswagen e-up! and a trip to an European Electronic Beats Festival of the winner’s choice. The best contestants get the chance to present their track at “electrified! the e-mobility weeks by Volkswagen“ in Berlin (March 8-21, 2014). Anyone from professional sound experts to housewives are welcome to participate in the contest. With Yellofier everyone can create a full song within minutes – even without knowing anything about music.
