Gyutai Balázs is a producer and sound designer. He has always been driven by an innate desire to create new sounds, so much so, that he started developing audio softwares with his brother already as a child. By the early 2000s, he has already been using his own sound editor and modular synthesiser software – besides having a steadily growing vinyl collection. It was at this point that he decided he wants the world to hear his music.

His first EP, Burnout was released in 2006 by Renaissance Recordings’ breakbeat label, Electrofly. Compared to popular breakbeat songs of that time his four-tracker, already using elements of electronica and glitch, was vastly different. The following years were mostly spent with the development of his live act, the releasing of a couple of new songs, remixes and audio applications.

Error, 9b0’s first full length album released in 2010 showed a music producer that has definitely found his own voice. A live act built specifically for this album was subsequently presented at venues like Merlin, A38 or Cinetrip’s events. His next EP, entitled Outofwords saw the light of day in 2012 and was followed by three years of silence. This period has produced a second full length album set to be released in 2015 entitled Eleven. Right now his time is divided between the preparation of Eleven’s live setup, the engineering of a brand new modular synthesiser application and various other projects from 3d graphics to animation to game development.
