A few months ago, Központ joined forces with The Principal’s Office, a café concept dedicated to espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee. The founders, Bálint Homonnai Varga and Benjamin Tenner, developed the PO experience in Florence, Italy, where they spent months immersing themselves in the world of third-wave coffee.
