This was gradually broken by restaurants offering Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes in small portions, where we eat from shared plates and do not have to behave well. How did the Pest public become open to this hospitality, which is very different from domestic customs? Why is it good and difficult to run businesses based on family and friendship relationships?
